Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Only damaged products are eligible.
• Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Return/Exchange Process

1. Record an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
2. Send the video, order number, and request (Return or Exchange) to 📧 itsupport@artstories.co.in.
3. After review and approval, further steps will be shared via email.
4. Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Product Exchange

• Exchange will be initiated post-inspection.
• Subject to availability. If unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
• No cash refunds.

Product Credit Note

• Issued when exchange isn’t possible.
• Redeemable at www.artstories.in
• Valid for 6 months.
• Expired notes cannot be redeemed.

Exclusions

• No returns/exchanges for reasons other than damage.
• No returns for misuse, mishandling, or custom-made items.
