Shipping

• Orders dispatched within the time specified:
  • Regular products: 5–8 business days
  • Customized products: Up to 10 business days
• Domestic delivery: 5–10 business days
• International delivery: 12–18 business days
• Delays due to remote or non-serviceable areas may occur
• ARTSTORIES is not liable for courier partner delays or external disruptions
• If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be initiated

Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments must be made online using secure methods listed on our site.

International Shipments – Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped from India
• Recipient is responsible for import duties & taxes
• Fees are paid to the courier on delivery
• No refunds for refusal of shipment due to customs fees

Order Cancellations

• Cancel before shipment by contacting support
• Refund processed (minus transaction charges) if paid
• Dispatched or customized orders cannot be cancelled

Returns & Exchanges

Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. Returns accepted only for damaged items with unedited unboxing video. No cash refunds — only exchanges or credit notes.
